Although the Blanco Group, one of the world’s-leading manufacturers of high-end kitchen supplies, operate their own extensive storage facilities, they were finding their services were being stretched to capacity. They approached us to discuss how we might ease the pressure by helping them deliver fulfilment services to their client base.
It was a project that called for complex stock management arrangements. First we took control of all their stock, fully acquainted our team with the details of their ‘pick & pack’ requirements and then devised a new system for managing their national orders, while maintaining their 48 hour Service Level Agreement.
With the pressure eased on their storage facilities (and their staff), the Blanco team were able to give their full attention to other key areas of their business, including the successful launches of impressive new product lines.
