The brief from Bentley, the prestige automobile company, was to produce a Direct Mail communication package that would deliver their Used Vehicle warranties to new owners world-wide. And ensure that the whole customer experience had the decidedly premium feel that Bentley owners have come to expect.
We created a bespoke Welcome Pack that not only carried each warranty, but also contained a personalised luxury gift from Bentley. Data was funnelled into a bespoke platform created specifically for managing the process. Fulfilment required specialist hand-finishing (white glove service) and the pieces, which were mailed all over the world, were delivered in multiple languages.
The fact that our Direct Mail campaign was hugely successful is thanks to the focus and dedication of the team working in partnership and the high level of collaboration with multiple agencies and client stakeholders.
